It's been wonderful to welcome everyone back to the Academy for the start of a new academic year, and to meet our new students in Years 7 and 12. Everyone has settled in really well, and the level of engagement across all year groups has been outstanding.

Out of respect for the national period of mourning, we will wait until next week to start sharing weekly photos and good news stories with you all.

Extracurricular Clubs Timetable

Our ethos at Q3 Academy Great Barr is life to the full, in pursuit of what is good, right, and true. There is so much more to Academy life than academics alone, and we strongly encourage all students to make the most of the wider opportunities on offer. Some of the activities that your child starts here may become lifelong interests and hobbies. They are also a great way of unwinding after a hard day's work, making new friends, and increasing wellbeing and self-esteem.

This year we are proud to offer a wide range of 47 sports, clubs, and activities. Please encourage your child to try out one or more. They can sign up by speaking with their Personal Tutor, who will record their interest so we can arrange for permission forms to be sent home.
