As part of our commitment to fostering a sense of pride and professionalism, we remind students to bring the correct Sports Kit for their Wellbeing Active and PE lessons. The appropriate branded t-shirt, shorts, and socks are essential, and during colder weather, students have the choice to wear their branded tracksuit top and bottoms to stay warm while maintaining a smart appearance.

We encourage all students to take pride in how they present themselves, both in and out of the classroom. Parents and carers, please take a moment to check your child's bag to ensure they have packed everything they need for their active sessions. Arriving to the Academy fully prepared sets students up for success.

Success with Seneca: Support, Study & Socialise!

Seneca Club is a great way for students to boost their knowledge while working with friends in a fun and supportive environment. Using Seneca's interactive resources, they can challenge themselves to achieve over 75% on their comprehension tasks, a key target to ensure they fully understand the material and are making strong progress. Reaching this goal helps to build confidence, improve exam performance, and develop essential reading and analytical skills.

Seneca Club isn't just for comprehension practice – students can also come along for extra support with any homework! Whether it's art, French, history, or even completing their Sparx tasks, this is a great opportunity to work in a focused environment with friends and access support when needed. We encourage all students to drop in, stay on top of their work, and make the most of this valuable study time.

High Participation Learning gets Zog's seal of approval!

In the wake of our current Academy-wide focus on High Participation Learning, our Teaching and Learning mascot Zog has declared his support and approval. He has spent the week telling Mr Mills how he wants to see it in every lesson from now on!
